Abstract
|
|
|
A 9-year old girl who had been treated as initial pulmonary tuberculosis was admitted under the impression of staphylococcal pneumatocele. She was treated with antibiotics for several days without success. She was diagnosed as infected pulmonary cyst and had a operation.
On surgery, right upper and middle lobectomy was done. Microscopic finding was congenital bronchogenic cyst which was lined with pseudostratified:,ciliated columnar epithelium.
